Membership

$25 a year. One membership. Everything in Drop The Hands is included — the caddie, swing analysis, practice plans, and the Clubhouse. There is no second tier and nothing sold separately.

Membership is purchased on this website. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your card details are given to Stripe rather than to us.

How the trial works

Your trial runs for 21 days from the day you start it. It is a straight 21-day clock — how many rounds you play during the trial makes no difference to when it ends.

You will not be charged during the trial. We email you before your trial ends, in time to cancel if you do not want to continue. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.

What happens at the end of the trial

At the end of the 21 days, unless you cancel first, your membership begins and your card is charged $25 for the first year. Your membership then renews annually at $25 until you cancel.

The founding rate lock

Founding members lock the $25 annual rate for as long as the membership remains active. It does not increase at renewal.

This applies for the life of the membership, not just the first year. If we raise the price of Drop The Hands in future, founding members continue to renew at $25.

This statement is the written provision referred to in the auto-renewal section of our Terms of Use (dropthehands.ai/terms#cost), which otherwise provides for renewal at the then-current non-promotional rate.

The rate lock is tied to the membership remaining active. If you cancel and later rejoin, we will do our best to restore your founding rate and member number, but we cannot guarantee it — contact us at support@dropthehands.ai before you cancel if this matters to you.

Renewal and billing

• Membership is billed annually, in advance.
• Your renewal date is one year from the day your membership began, and it is shown in your account settings (dropthehands.ai/account) along with the amount.
• Renewal is automatic unless you cancel. We will not change the amount you are charged without telling you in advance.
• If a payment fails, you keep access for 7 days while we retry. If it has not gone through by then, the membership ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account settings (dropthehands.ai/account). Cancelling online takes no more steps than signing up did, and you do not need to contact us or explain why.

When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the year you have already paid for. It simply does not renew after that.

Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and keep access through the period you have paid for, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of a term. This is set out in the Terms of Use (dropthehands.ai/terms#cost).

If you were charged after cancelling during a trial, or something else has gone wrong, email support@dropthehands.ai and we will sort it out.

Sales tax and availability

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid only in the United States. Sales tax is determined by the billing address associated with your payment method and is added at checkout where required by law.
